Salmon River Challenge Reservation and Cancelation Policies.
Deposit and final payment requirements - To confirm a reservation you will need to submit a deposit, payable either by check or by credit or debit card. Half day and full day trips require a $10 per person deposit when your reservation is placed. Final payment is due the day of your trip.
Cancellations, Transfers, and Refunds - Please notify us as soon as possible if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation. Because we lose the ability to sell reserved spaces to other individuals or groups, we strictly adhere to the following policies:
Day Trips - If you cancel more than 48 hours before your trip you will receive a full refund on your deposit. Within 48 hours of your trip your deposit is non-refundable.
If we cancel a trip - S.R.C. rarely cancels a trip, but we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to water level fluctuations, insufficient reservations, or other factors beyond our control. If we cancel we will refund your fees in full, but we cannot reimburse your for other travel expenses you may have incurred.
Our trips run as scheduled even when it rains.
You will be required to physically or digitally sign a Release of Liability form prior to your trip. Upon booking you will receive a link to digitally sign the release forms.
